Candlelight Tours 2022

Join us for the 15th Annual Candlelight Tours of Old City Cemetery, where Lynchburg history comes to life among the grave stones! Our outstanding cast of characters, made of up real-life “residents” of Old City Cemetery, will guide you by flickering flame from gravestone to gravestone, where you will hear engaging stories from Lynchburg’s past. Refreshments will be available after each tour, and we invite you to bring the family and get ready for an evening to remember!

Tickets are $25/adults and $12.50/children. They will go on sale on September 15th!

Tour Schedule: 3 weekends in October starting Oct. 6th:

Thursday, Friday & Saturday, October 6, 7, 8

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Oct. 13, 14, 15

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Oct. 20, 21, 22

6 Tours per night:  6:10pm, 6:30pm, 6:50pm, 7:10pm, 7:30pm, 7:50pm (plus on Fri./Sat.:  8:10pm)

PLUS Sunday Matinee, Oct. 16, 3pm–This is a “seated tour” with no walking for guests. The tour will come to you!
