Introduction to Herbalism 1-3 pm, Plant Walk 3:30-4:30 pm
Herbs are supportive and valid for a range of health ailments and can be easily incorporated into your daily life. Walk the cemetery grounds, and learn about the benefits of these common herbs, their uses, and recommendations. Taste them, then learn to identify and incorporate these plants into your life using folk remedies in the form of teas, tinctures, and oils. See the growing conditions of these herbs and harvesting methods.
Bring a teacup, paper, and pen, a snack and water for the break. Dress for the weather, wear walking shoes for our rough conditions.
