On Monday, May 27, at 8:30 a.m., please join members of the Lynchburg Bird Club for their annual species tally. The activity starts at the top of the hill by the Taylor Street entrance.
Participants do not have to be bird experts; only have an interest in birds. This is a great activity for families with young children who are early risers.
Hopefully, the group will spot the indigo bunting that has already been seen this year! Wear comfortable shoes and bring your binoculars.
This is a free event and open to the public. It will be held, rain or shine. For more information please call (434) 847-1465 or email margi@gravegarden.org
All events are sponsored by the Southern Memorial Association.
Please contact us for more information about the Old City Cemetery or any of these events.
