Author Charles E. Driscoll, M.D., will be signing copies of his book Ring The Fire Bell! - The Incredible Story of an Iowa Civil War Medical Center. This book tells the stories of a small quiet riverside town's medical community in Keokuk, Iowa, that became a major Union hospital town and convalescence center.
