Our first fully open daffodil is near the Elbert Murrell headstone (just inside the entrance gates) with rain drops clinging to the petal edges, a gift from nature creating a glistening necklace of beads. Many buds are showing color and soon there will be ribbons of yellow throughout the grounds. Look for interesting things from the Shrub Garden very soon!
