Death of an Old Citizen.–
The many friends of Mr. John P. Lewis will regret to hear of his death Saturday, after a brief illness. He was the oldest son of Littleberry Lewis, an old and respected tobacconist in years gone by, and had himself been connected with the tobacco trade in different capacities, and was an honest diligent man.
FUNERAL NOTICE.
The funeral services of the late JOHN PARHAM LEWIS will take place from his residence, corner Fourteenth and Jefferson streets, this, (Sunday) afternoon, at 3:30 o’clock.
